For businesses that run on a booking, scheduling or billing system

Stop clicking through your system. Just talk to it.

We took a flight-leasing website and wrapped its API in an MCP server, so the staff simply tell an AI assistant what they need. Ask for a reservation and it books it. Ask for a bill and it creates one. Ask for the schedule and it opens right on the site. The same approach works for the system your business already runs on, and you can watch it work right here.

Two-minute demo

Just talk to it

Reservations, bills and the schedule, by asking. Built on a real flight-leasing website.

The problem

Your system can do it. Getting there takes twelve clicks.

Booking, scheduling and billing software is powerful and slow to drive. The people using it all day pay for that.

Simple requests, long paths

A reservation, an invoice, a quick look at who has the aircraft Friday: each one is a screen, a form and a search. New staff take weeks to learn where everything lives.

The phone rings while you are in a form

Front-desk work is interrupt-driven. Every time someone stops to find the right page, the customer on the line waits and the half-finished entry gets lost.

Only two people really know the system

The rest ask them. When those two are out, bookings go on sticky notes and invoices wait until Monday.

What we built

A plain-English assistant in front of the system you already have

The demo runs on a real flight-leasing website. Its API is wrapped in an MCP server, a standard way of handing an AI assistant a set of tools, so the assistant can do exactly what the website allows and nothing else. Staff type or say what they want in ordinary language, and the assistant does it through the same API the website's own screens use.

Ask it to add a reservation and it books it. Ask for a bill and it creates one. Ask for the schedule and it opens right on the site. Data pages have one-click copy, and a help page lists every command, so nobody has to remember the right words.

  • Add reservations and create bills by talking
  • Ask for the schedule and it opens right on the site
  • Data pages with one-click copy, and a help page listing every command
  • Does only what your system's API allows, under permissions you set

Honest scope: the demo is built on a flight-leasing website. For your business we need a system with an API, or one we can add an API to. The assistant can only do what that API allows, which is also what keeps it safe. The free meeting is where we tell you whether your system qualifies.

Next step

How it starts

Three steps, none of them a commitment. The five-step ladder with prices is on the homepage, and the two-minute AI readiness check is a good place to start.

  1. Tell us what you run on

The name of your booking, scheduling or billing system, and the three requests your staff make most often. Ten minutes on the phone.

  2. We check the API

Before the free meeting we look at whether the system exposes what the assistant would need, and tell you plainly what is and is not possible.

  3. A fixed-price pilot for those three requests

The assistant handles the three most common jobs first, with your permissions in place. Then run & train keeps it monitored and your team confident.

Questions

Questions people ask about the assistant

Does it work with the software we already use?

If the software has an API, usually yes. Most modern booking, scheduling and billing systems do; some older ones can have one added. Tell us what you use and we will check before you commit to anything.

Can it do something it should not, like delete a booking?

Only if you allow it. The assistant works through the system's API under credentials you control, so you decide which actions it may take. In the demo it can create reservations and bills and read the schedule; nothing more.

Does it replace our staff?

No. It removes the clicking from their day so the person on the phone gets an answer while they are still on the line. Your staff still decide; the assistant does the typing.

What does it cost?

The pilot is a fixed-price build from $4,500, and run & train is from $450 a month. The free meeting comes first, and when a two-week assessment is needed its fee ($1,500) is credited toward the pilot.
